Kansas City Chiefs
Tennessee Titans
As we head into Week 10 of the 2025 NFL season, injuries like Cole Kmet's concussion (expected to miss at least one game). With the Cincinnati Bengals, Dallas Cowboys, Kansas City Chiefs, and Tennessee Titans on bye, now's the time to snag these under-the-radar adds for streaming, stashing, or plugging holes. Here's a fresh look at five players heating up based on the latest performances and matchups.

1. Devin Singletary, RB, New York Giants, 5% Owned - Singletary was likely overlooked until Week 9, where he out-snapped Tyrone Tracy Jr. 32-25 and handled 10 touches (8 rushes for 43 yards, 2 receptions for 8 yards) in a loss to the 49ers, stepping up after Tracy tweaked an injury late in the game. He appears to be the preferred early-down and goal-line back, especially with Tracy's status uncertain, making him a solid RB3/flex option in a Giants offense that's leaned on the run more under Brian Daboll. Look for 12-15 touches against the Bears' middling run defense, keeping him relevant in standard and PPR formats.

2. Cleveland Browns D/ST, 29% Owned - The Browns' defense has been a top-10 unit in fantasy points per game, racking up 34 points over their last two outings with 24 sacks on the season, led by Myles Garrett's 10. They're set for a prime matchup against the Jets, who are allowing the ninth-most fantasy points to opposing defenses (8.4 per game) amid Dillon Gabriel's recent struggles (two interceptions and nine sacks in his last three starts). Cleveland's stingy yards-allowed ranking makes them a strong streamer, especially since the Jets waived the white flag at this years trade deadline.

3. Parker Washington, WR, Jacksonville Jaguars, 18% Owned - Washington exploded in Week 9 as the de facto WR1 with Travis Hunter sidelined (out at least four games with injury), hauling in 8 catches for 90 yards on a 26.4% target share while running 77% of routes. Brian Thomas Jr.'s ankle and Dyami Brown's concussion could extend his role, even with the addition of Jakobi Meyers potentially splitting targets. With the Jaguars pass-heavy scheme, he's a boom WR3/flex play with the ability to have high targets (even with newly acquired Jakobi Meyers getting acclimated to the offense).

4. Troy Franklin, WR, Denver Broncos, 48% Owned - Franklin has carved out a consistent role with an 18.6% target share and 44.8 receiving yards per game, peaking at a 27% share in Week 9 despite modest output against the Texans. As the No. 2 behind Courtland Sutton, he's delivered one WR1 finish recently and faces a juicy Raiders secondary that's allowed the eighth-most PPR points per target to outside wideouts since Week 4. Stash him for flex upside in Sean Payton's evolving offense, especially with no major WR injuries looming.

5. Colston Loveland, TE, Chicago Bears, 23% Owned - Loveland stepped up massively in Week 9 after Cole Kmet's concussion exit, leading the team with 6 receptions for 118 yards and two touchdowns (including the game-winner) on an 18.9% target share while taking nearly all TE snaps. His chemistry with Caleb Williams is growing, and if Kmet remains out, he's a locked-in TE1 with upside against the Giants, who sit 18th in adjusted fantasy points allowed to tight ends. Even upon Kmet's return, Loveland's rookie pedigree suggests more involvement in a Bears attack that's thrown more deep balls lately.
